We are down here right now staying at the alo, nice hotel but too far away. Check out http://parkplaceinnandminisuites.com/..... we looked at it yesterday , recently redone and right across the street from the front entrance . We walked 16 km today at Disneyland , trust me, you don't want to walk another step to get to your hotel after a long day at the park

Some nice hotels offer shuttle service every 30 minutes. The Embassy Suites South is great! Not walking distance but shuttle service every 30 minutes is great and always on time.

Kouris Olga are you referring to the ART shuttle service? We took it today, bought a 3 day pass and was not happy. Maybe the route for our hotel was different , every 40 minutes, and we had a long route, took an hour and 20 minutes out of our day today. Got our money back
Ogie
Ev no it's an actual shuttle service through the hotels
Ogie
It takes only 10 minutes to get to the park and always on time, every 30 minutes
We bought a five day pass and that was it. It worked out great for us!
Rhonda
We also stay at the best western park place inn

Sheraton Park Anaheim! About a two/three block walk from Disneyland itself and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops and is serviced by a trolley that goes back and forth to the park.
Debbie
This time we are staying at the Hilton which comes with a free hot breakfast. It's aboyt a 15 minute walk to the park. We have also stayed at the Howard Johnson, which was also about a 15 minute walk.

Hotel Recommendations for Disneyland
Heading to Disneyland is always an exciting adventure, but finding the right hotel can make your trip even more magical. With changes in access areas around the park, it's essential to choose a hotel that offers convenience and proximity to the happiest place on earth.
Best Hotels Near Disneyland
1. Disneyland Hotel
If you're looking for the ultimate Disneyland experience, the Disneyland Hotel is a top choice. This on-site hotel offers easy access to both Disneyland and Disney California Adventure Park. It features themed rooms, pools, and dining options inspired by Disney characters. While it may be pricier, the convenience and immersive experience make it worth the splurge.
2. Grand Californian Hotel & Spa
Another on-site option is the Grand Californian Hotel & Spa. This upscale hotel boasts a beautiful Arts and Crafts design with a serene atmosphere. It offers direct entry into Disney California Adventure Park, making it a convenient choice for families. Guests can also enjoy the hotel's spa, pools, and dining options.
3. Fairfield Inn by Marriott Anaheim Resort
If you're looking for a more budget-friendly option, the Fairfield Inn by Marriott Anaheim Resort is a great choice. This hotel is located just a short walk from the Disneyland Resort and offers comfortable accommodations at a reasonable price. Guests can also take advantage of the hotel's complimentary breakfast and shuttle service to the parks.
Tips for Choosing the Perfect Disneyland Hotel
When selecting a hotel for your Disneyland vacation, consider the following factors:
- Location: Proximity to the parks is key for a hassle-free experience. On-site hotels like the Disneyland Hotel and Grand Californian Hotel & Spa offer the most convenient access, but hotels within walking distance or with shuttle services can also be a good option.
- Amenities: Look for hotels that offer amenities that cater to your family's needs, such as pools, on-site dining options, and complimentary breakfast.
- Theme: If you want to fully immerse yourself in the Disney experience, consider staying at one of the on-site hotels with Disney-themed rooms and decor.
- Budget: Disneyland hotels can vary greatly in price, so be sure to choose one that fits your budget while still providing the amenities and location you desire.
No matter which hotel you choose, booking early and taking advantage of any package deals or discounts can help you save money on your Disneyland vacation.
