We stayed at the Marriott Courtyard South Centre. They have a shuttle, free parking and more reasonable prices. You have to call to get picked up though and no breakfast.

My family has used America's Best Value Inn - Seatac. It's your basic accommodation place but we've always liked it for the price. I think we have paid $100 or less for one night of stay and then seven days of free parking. They have a 24/7 shuttle that takes you to the airport (2 miles away). They offer small items for breakfast such as muffins and prepackaged things that you can take to your room.

Best Western....free airport shuttle and free one week parking if you stay there a night, with additional parking for $5 per night. Many offer it.

We always stay at Ramada (Kent) used to be Holiday Inn. Under $100. With shuttle, breakfast and parking as long as you need. We have left vehicle there for a month! Not 5 star but very adequate. You need to spend one night at either end of holiday or both. About 15-20 min to airport depending on time of day.
