If you are renting a car you can get out after seeing the strip and head to the Grand Canyon on the Hualapai Indian Reserve in Arizona or the Zion National Park in Utah. Both trips are within a 2-3 hour ride.

Go see Absinthe at Caesars Palace! Funniest show ever! But it’s very crude-so it’s only for the light hearted.
Ian
Wax museum! Tour Caesar's Palace and the Forum...check out the statues that come to life. Ride the Deuce (Las Vegas transit on the Strip). Its cheap, and the commentary is wonderful. Don't forget Fremont Street and downtown Vegas....Most of all, have a great time.

A.I. says...
Our First Trip to Vegas!
My husband and I are not gamblers, but we've always wanted to experience the excitement of Las Vegas. So, for our anniversary, we decided to take a trip to Sin City and stay right in the heart of the Strip.
We've already done some research and have a few ideas of what we want to see and do, but we're always looking for more suggestions. Here's what we have so far:
- See a show
- Visit the Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Garden
- Take a gondola ride through the Venetian
- Explore the High Roller
- Eat at one of the many celebrity chef restaurants
- Go shopping at the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace
- Attend a pool party
- See the Fremont Street Experience
We're also interested in exploring some of the more off-the-beaten-path attractions in Vegas. Do you have any suggestions for hidden gems or unique experiences that we shouldn't miss?
We're really looking forward to our trip and can't wait to experience all that Vegas has to offer. Thanks for your help!
Jolene
Our first trip to Vegas! Not gamblers but staying mid-strip for the experience. Any Suggestions beyond the obvious?
