Basically everything in Tasmania is gorgeous. MONA is a gallery in Hobart that's worth checking out. There's heaps of wildlife parks too where you'll get to meet wombats and roos and echidnas and tazzy devils! !
Nina
agree on MONA! very interesting exhibits. Hobart is great and has a wine tasting festival in January I believe. Bonorong wildlife sanctuary was a cool place to learn about tassie devils. Also on the east coast, wineglass bay, chain of lagoons and binalong bay... you can camp at the 2nd two, not sure about wineglass - it had a lot more tourists but was gorgeous. When i camped on chain of lagoons we were the only people for km on the beach. Easy to hitchhike too; met some of the friendliest people who toured us around. Have a blast!

Eagle hawk neck is beautiful and you go through it to go see port Arthur a must if you are going to tassie. Wine glass bay, Launceston, Ross, the markets in Hobart and great and there are a few cruises you can go to seal island. We went to tassie for our honeymoon! It's beautiful good wine and lots of hiking and fishing. Big tuna down at eagle hawk neck. Also there is a big surf break bells beach.
