Caribbean Coast of Costa Rica: beautiful beaches, amazing wildlife, rainforest adventures, vibrant culture. Package is very reasonably priced for 4 nights, but could easily add on 3 nights at same hotel for a full week: https://geckotrail.com/en/tours/romance-adventure/
Jess
Ya I've travelled south many times looking for something different and a bit nicer.
Jess
We've considered Costa Rica big time

costa rica is amazing. i would go to the manuel antonio park area, and tamarindo (arenal is amazing but really expensive)....thailand is also amazing and cheap but a little more politically unstable
Michaela
Secrets Huatulco, Mexico no question best all inclusive make sure you tell them you are on your honeymoon! You will be treated like a rock star, adult only great food etc etc
Andrea
Want something a little different with an all inclusive....try a true diving resort.....you can go and also get PADI certified, if you're not already. Diving resorts are all over the world....and it's something different and will definitely be memorable. Try Bonaire or for the "2nd mortgage"...Wakatobi.

Hmm places in south east Asia, there is always Bali but that does not come cheap. Cheaper option would be the Philippines there are a lot of beautiful island options such as el nido Palawan which is very remote and romantic or you could do Boracay which is a beautiful place with a lot of activities. There is also Thailand which has some nice islands such as Krabi, Ko Tao, Ko phi Phi, and so many more. If you are looking for something of the usual resort I would recommend maybe a cultural excursion to Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia just some ideas- you could also see Egypt as it has a combination of beautiful culture history but also has sharm el sheikh which has beautiful waters. Peru is also a gorgeous place for a very off beat trip you can do everything from the beach, Machu Picchu, amazon tours and the desert.
