Way too many things to list for Portugal. I am getting ready for work. I'll private message when I am off. Where will you spend most of your time while in Portugal
Andrea
If you are going to Split, Croatia you should take a bus to Krka National Park and visit the waterfall. It is beautiful!
Liz
Thank you!
Not too sure where yet we will be going for approximately a week to Portugal with a one year old (my mom will come to help with the baby though, as we know certain sight seeing may not be child friendly)
Liz
Thank you Andrea!

Bol in Croatia was my absolute favorite!!! Was not a fan of the old town in Dubrovnik though everyone else seems to rave about it, too touristy I found. Great people though. I can recommend some accommodation in Split, Bol and Dubrovnik if you're looking.
Liz
That would be great Kate! Really appreciate it! Are we insane for planning to travel with a one year old?
Kate
No. Just have a good carrier, maybe backpack style as the streets can be tricky with strollers. Apartments Varos in Split, SD House in Bol, Villa Gloria in Dubrovnik
Kenneth
Lisbon was rad when i went. Theres a town on the beach called Cascias or something like that that was beautiful! Lisbon also had a sweet zoo and aquarium if you dig that
Liz
Thanks Kenneth!
Ah we love the zoo and aquarium and I'm pretty sure my son would enjoy it too lol!

I was in Lisbon last summer, it's a beautiful city. I also spent time in Lagos which is about 2.5-3hrs on the bus so it was easy to get to. It's a great place to relax and plenty of beaches.
Whitney
I recently went to both of those countries (great choices!). Check out my blog for tips www.wanderingwithwhit.com
