Not sure where you’re coming from but bundle up! Icy cold, slush and snow.
Sorry, no other info, haven’t been there myself since February 1995.

I stayed at the Chelsea Hotel. On Gerrard at Yonge Street. It was great. It's an older hotel so rooms are big. Near the Eaton Center and Dundas Square.. lots of eating places at your doorstep. It was near everything.

Chelsea is tried and true..can't go wrong!

Check out Victoria's Mansion Guesthouse. I stay there when I travel alone to visit my son. The price is very reasonable compared to hotels. Great service, I feel safe, its not fancy but its very clean, and I'm very fussy. (I just don't recommend the basement rooms) close to public transportation and in an area that's close to restaurants etc. I've been very happy there. Enjoy your trip!
