I LOVE the Flamingo. Always reasonably priced and central strip
Mandi
Look on the actual hotels web sites... cheaper to stay on Fremont st.
Russ
LINQ. Smack in the middle of the main Strip, and totally newly renovated. Go to their website, sign up for the Total Rewards program, and check room prices through the TR site. Feel free to do multiple searches throughout a day, over a few days - the prices can fluctutate. Don't forget about the $25+ per day resort fee, and have fun! Make sure you DON'T get a Strip view room when you check-in - they have a club at the front of the hotel and you will hear it if you're in the front.
Britta
We've stayed at the Flamingo, good price & location..
Alice
Bally's is reasonable depending on the time of year or the Rio which is off the strip but they have a shuttle.
Linda
Make sure you add the resort fees to the hotel price. Even if you don't use the pool or facilities you have to pay. It's a cash grab.
Malcolm

Ballys will be going thru some major renos xtremely soon so i would avoid. Flamingo offers the best bang for your buck and number 3 for plus 21 pool party . Flammingo will be going thru a major $1.9 billion dollar reno starting in 2019. should be interesting but sadly the cheap deals will be gone too
Cindy
Flamingo always a great deal and has an awesome pool!
Mat
Don't forget to slip your check in clerk a 20 for a free upgrade
Sam
I have stayed with the flamingo about 6 times. The best way to book is to sign up for the rewards called "total rewards". they ALWAYS have deals. Last year when we went in August it was $150US for 4 nights. Their customer service is awesome, and their poor is SO.MUCH.FUN.
Malcolm
very true TR website is the best but only after you get the Total Rewards Card which she needs to get while in Vegas
Norm
try stratosphere it at the bottom of strip & reasonable prices
Cindy
Yes! Do the $20 tip slip it works ! Always get an upgrade!
Sharron

Elara, centre strip, 24 hour starbucks, and attached to Planet Hollywood so access to all shops/bars/restaurants.

Flamingo...resort fees suck but would stay there again 100% LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION
Malcolm
all hotels on the strip will charge you a daily resort fee between $27 to $47us that you pay after you register. The MLife hotels own by MGM charge the most like Ny Ny ,Mandalay Bay but they do give the best suite upgrades from sunday to wednesday if available.
The New Orleans Hotel and Casino has everything you need including free shuttle to the strip every 15 minutes all day . sign up on their website for first timers and their resort fee is $10 or $15 a day which is a good deal since they give you two for one coupons for their dozen restaurants and more than one person can connect on their wifi. they have steak and eggs for $6.99 after midnight and its affordable to eat at many if their restaurants including all u can eat buffets.
Suzy
Go onto trivago.ca there are always good deals on a place to stay.
Malcolm
Trivago,Travelocity,Hotwire,Orbitz, HomeRenters.com are all own by Expedia. your best bet is to do air and hotel thru AirCanada Vacation,Westjet Vacations or Allegiant Air with hotel included. They all buy in blocks and get hotels sometimes for almost nothing.since you already purchased the flight, call their vacation department as they might get you a spectacular deal added to your reservation
Emily
Sunwing has great prices for hotel only too. Was just looking at Nov. 20-23 for $118 total taxes in at the Hard Rock.

Flamingo was reasonably cheap and pretty cool having pink flamingoes walking around. Lots of great shopping in their too and the pool is great. It's central to everything. You can't go wrong.

Hi everyone
)
My BF surprised me with a trip to VEGAS for my Bday, woohoo!! My job is finding the accommodations. I want something that's clean, simple and affordable (I don't need fancy and I don't like throwing money away).
Can anyone suggest something within reasonable distance to the central strip area? Or how to find a decent deal? Maybe VRBO or ??
Thanks in advance!
