If you don't want anywhere too fancy the Bayview hotel in Courtney has pool hot tub and very dog friendly they even give out treats at the front desk when my dog goes by. Lots of great places for dog walks and beaches are also doggie friendly. We've stayed at the Quaaout Lodge before with our dog on Shuswap lake, that was lovely and the restaurant there was amazing, has a pool. And we have also stayed at the harbour Hotel on salt Spring with the dog but there is no pool food was great there too
