Agreed! Skip it if you’ve been to California and/or Florida - doesn’t compare and we were disappointed

We took our daughter to California's Disneyland for her 4th birthday and it was so magical for her. We brought our kids to Disneyland in Japan for my son's 5th birthday (it was INSANE!) we were there for 8hours and only went on 3 rides. Check to see if it's worth it. Children that young usually can't last that long day without a nap so make sure you have a hotel really close (when my daughter was 4 my son was 4months)
We are planning Euro Disneyland when our daughter is 16, get the whole experience of France in there but I'm a HUGE advocate for traveling with kids so enjoy!

Oh I dont have kids... but Disney Paris is way smaller than WDW and Disneyland. I stayed at one of the Disney hotels, so park passes were included and it was a short walk to the parks. They give you parkhopper passes and you can do both parks in a day easily. If you stay at a Disney hotel, definitely register when booking for Disney Express at the train station. You can check into the hotel and drop your bags at the train station when you arrive and go straight to the parks. And dress warm!! I went in December and it was freezing!!

We took our children to EuroDisney in Paris last year. Skip it. It's not worth it...especially when travelling all the way to Europe, there are more memorable things to enjoy. If it's the Disney experience you're looking for, Disneyland or world in the states is better.

We did a day trip from Paris. Thank goodness my husband convinced me to only buy a one day pass. I love Disney but it was not magical at all and the lines were crazy - we went in June.
Bring a stroller for both kids. Food options were not great. You may want to look into bringing your own snacks if it’s allowed.
We bought tickets when we got there - again line ups were crazy.

We were disappointed. Even the rides with the same name as in the states were different. Indiana Jones was a roller coaster there, so I skipped it.

The train stops right at Disney's doorstep. So convenient. Have fun!

We were there in April and, as others have said, it's nowhere near the California or Orlando experience, but same price, lots of people and smoking. Insane lineups for lower quality rides.

Pick 1 park, take advantage of the child swap so both parents can ride. Not much available for the 3 year old and less for the 1 year old. We bought a day pass at the gate. Characters speak French, so unless your family does too, interactions are limited.

Day Trip to Euro Disney with Young Kids

If you're planning a day trip to Euro Disney (now called Disneyland Paris) with your 3-year-old and 1-year-old, here are some tips and advice to make the most of your adventure:

Plan Ahead

Disneyland Paris can be overwhelming, especially with young children. Before your visit, research the park map, attractions, and shows suitable for your kids' ages. Make a plan of the areas and rides you want to prioritize to avoid wasting time wandering aimlessly.

Arrive Early

Get to the park as early as possible to beat the crowds. This will allow you to experience more rides and attractions before lines get too long. Plus, young children tend to have more energy in the morning.

Bring Essentials

Pack a bag with snacks, water bottles, extra diapers (if needed), wipes, a change of clothes, and any necessary medications. You'll also want to bring a lightweight stroller or carrier for your 1-year-old to avoid tired little legs.

Tip: Rent a Stroller

If you don't want to lug a stroller around, consider renting one at the park. It can be a lifesaver for your 3-year-old when they get tired.

Schedule Breaks

Young children can quickly become overstimulated and overwhelmed in a place like Disneyland. Plan for regular breaks to rest, snack, and recharge. Find a quiet spot to sit down, or even consider leaving the park for a picnic lunch to give them a break from the excitement.

Be Flexible

While having a plan is essential, it's also important to be flexible. Your kids may not want to do certain rides or shows, and that's okay. Follow their lead and adjust your schedule accordingly to ensure everyone has a good time.

Embrace the Magic

Above all, remember to embrace the magic of Disneyland Paris. Take plenty of pictures, join in the fun, and make memories that will last a lifetime. Your kids will remember the joy and wonder of the experience, even if they don't remember every ride.

With a little preparation and patience, a day trip to Euro Disney can be an unforgettable adventure for the whole family.
