I have and it was great. You can actually choose your seats in advance, so go to delta's website and do that. There were two seats near the back of the plane and they had a large gap between the window and the seat. They were great.
The food coming back from Asia wasn't the greatest but it is what it is. The line up for security will be long when you land (unless you have Nexus).
To be honest I thought that I would not have liked delta internationally because I don't like them stateside, but I actually did. I like it more than british airways, and other airlines.

Great website seatguru.com . you can put in any flight number and it will tell you the aircraft scheduled, which seats are good, bad or ugly etc. I never book a flight without having that window open so I can pick the best seat right away.

Did the SEA to HKG run and the SEA to NRT (Japan) this summer and had no complaints. Service was good, aircraft interior and entertainment updated, no qualms at all and would happily fly again.

I'm surprised everyone was saying it was great. We jsut returned adn found it OK bit certainly not great. Wouldn;t be my first choice to fly wiht them again. I don't think the savings are worth teh hassle of flying through SEA.

Seats are not comfortable in economy... But the premium economy.

Due to a family emergency we had to give up our $485cdn tickets. Don't think we'll see that price again. Now have to find somewhere we can go to with delta for $485 before March. Any suggestions that don't involve sitting on a beach?

Try New Oreleans. Warm in winter time and culturally different from the rest of the US. Great food too.

Delta's SEA-HKG Flight Experience
June 1, 2023
Have you ever wondered what it's like to fly Delta's SEA-HKG route from Seattle to Hong Kong? As an avid traveler, I recently had the opportunity to experience this long-haul flight, and I'm excited to share my thoughts with you.
Pre-flight Experience
The check-in process at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport was smooth and efficient. Delta's staff were friendly and helpful, making the initial stage of my journey stress-free. The airport itself is modern and well-organized, with ample seating and amenities to keep you comfortable before boarding.
Onboard Experience
Upon boarding, I was greeted by Delta's warm and professional cabin crew. The aircraft, a Boeing 777-200LR, had a comfortable and well-maintained cabin. The seats in the economy class were spacious, with decent legroom and recline, making the long flight more bearable.
Delta's in-flight entertainment system offered a wide range of movies, TV shows, music, and games to keep me entertained throughout the 11-hour journey. The audio and video quality were excellent, and the touchscreen interface was user-friendly.
The food service was impressive for an economy class flight. The meals were tasty and varied, with options catering to different dietary preferences. The portions were generous, and the crew ensured that beverages were readily available.
Arrival in Hong Kong
As we approached Hong Kong International Airport, the crew provided timely updates and ensured a smooth landing. The arrival process was efficient, and my luggage arrived promptly at the baggage claim area.
Overall, my experience with Delta's SEA-HKG flight was exceptional. The combination of comfortable seating, excellent in-flight entertainment, and attentive service made the long journey enjoyable. If you're planning to travel between Seattle and Hong Kong, I highly recommend considering Delta for a seamless and comfortable experience.
