They start off with 1-2 flights/week in October (Tue/Sat) and then increase to 4 flights/week in November (Tue/Wed/Sat/Sun).
sunwing also has flights scheduled starting in November (Fridays) but it remains to be seen what impact westjet's acquisition of sunwing is going to have on those.

Chris do you know if Flair is resuming seasonal flights to Cabo? I’ve heard opposite answers.

Earlier this year Flair did add flights from Calgary to Los Cabos and Puerto Vallarta...

And then last month, they dropped Los Cabos from the schedule. (Which is why I always add the following caveat to every post about Flair: "Booking with Flair comes with risk. They've been known to drop routes without warning. ")
So for now I would say no, they are not planning to fly that route this season. But that's the thing with Flair, the uncertainity. I've seen them add routes to their schedule just a month or two prior to departure. One gets the feeling even they don't know.

Depends when your going. If it’s soon then your probably out of luck in direct flights. It’s low season. They only fly direct usually October to about May.
