Try the Coast Gateway. They do have parking (and there are other off site lots super close) and they may have a bc resident rate. Clean and safe.

Yes! The Days Inn is just a hop skip and a jump from the airport. . And they have a shuttle.

The Best Western Sea Tac offers 14 nights free parking. Free shuttle and breakfast. We've stayed there 2x and it's been great.

I ended up booking the Clarion Hotel. Not luxurious by any stretch but you could nearly walk to the airport. They have a stay, park and fly program. the room was $80 US and parking was free the night you stay and about $8 a day. It wasn't the best price I could get but it was convenient and easy.
