The Dublin Literary Pub Crawl is great fun, even if you don't drink and/or know nothing about Irish Literature.
Kilmainham Gaol offers a fantastic overview of 200 years of Irish history if you're into that.
In Belfast, a black cab tour. There's a couple of companies that run them. I went with Harper Taxi Tours the last time and Ken was fantastic.
