I used them going from Frankfurt to Heidelberg and they were great! Yes they seem to have bad reviews but I liked them

We use the Omio website and phone app and works great and has really good prices. It is showing flixbus for your destination. We have used Flix bus twice travelling in Europe and they were good. One bus was late and a bit noisy but our other experience was on time and excellent. They are pretty good. I would say either experience was bad!
Laura
I used it to get from the Netherlands to Germany and it was great!

I travelled from Prague to Zagreb on a Flixbus, it was fine but their toilet was broken so the driver made frequent stops but overall it was a pretty comfortable journey.
Sana
I travelled through several cities in Italy, as well as for going from Venice to Barcelona using flix buses and they are pretty great to be honest. all of our buses were on time and were decently comfortable
