Love this Island!! Last time was 2019 so some things may have changed, check online. North Shore - Hanalei area, lighthouse, Princeville shops; so much more. We really enjoy Bull Shed restaurant in Kapaa for birthday dinners - make a reservation. Lydegate Park had a great protected swimming area. Koloa ranch has a train, rum tasting, great brunch. Kountry Kitchen in Kapaa has wonderful breakfasts. Kapaa - check out when the market is - local artists are fantastic. Kauai tubing adventure - book early as it sells out. Helicopter tour is a must - Blue Hawaii was excellent. Waimea Canyon. Spouting horn blow hole, last time I was there they looked to be building some outdoor shops. Friday night art walk at Hanepepe. South Shore - Brennecke's is a must do - great food and cocktails as well as the view. Poipu Beach always has turtles - keep a respectful distance! We looked up local eats on yelp and found some great places. There is so much to see and do on Kauai, I am sure I am missing a bunch.
