Central Restaurante by chef Virgilio Martinez. I have not been there myself but to the day I cannot forgive myself for not knowing about it back in 2014. There is a series on Netflix Chef's table featuring this restaurant, thi things he does seem amazing.

It is delicious but pricey, also you need reservations way in advance, if you can go it is worth it.
Gevorg

Che

There's a great restaurant in Miraflores (I had the ceviche there but they have other stuff)! https://www.tripadvisor.ca/Restaurant_Review-g294316... if you did the same G Adventures tour as me, I think it was the Maccu Picchu Adventure, then it should be a short 10-15 min walk from your starting hotel
Che
Yes, I’m doing the same tour! Good to know, thanks!

Lima, Peru , try visiting Miraflores around the kennedy park (parque kennedy) and also go to Barranco, Lima, Peru downtown (Plaza Barranco) tons of good rests and cafes...enjoy (I'm jealous already)

I love the 'cat sanctuary' in Parque Kennedy. We had a serious family emergency back in Canada when I was in Lima and I found it comforting to see all the cats being cared for.

Have u tried g adventure tours before. Are they reasonable. What is the age average of the groups
Che
This is my first time with G Adventures. My friend has tried them before and had many great things to say about the tour that’s why I decided to try it. She did the Inca Trail 4-day hike. I’m doing the Machu Picchu Adventure.

G Adventures trips are amazing. Typically the group eats together, and the guide will offer suggestions. The trips have people of all ages. They do have trips specifically for people under 35, but many people under 35 opt to go with the ‘classic’ trip groups, where there is a wide range of ages. I will travel with them again and again.
