Everest Base Camp in Nepal. My favorite trip to date. Spend a couple days in Kathmamdu exploring then it is a 13 day trek into and back from base camp (high altitude trekking) with flights into and out of Lukla (ranked one of the most dangerous airstrips in the world)
Vasile
Maasai Mara in Kenya
Pat
Israel.

Japan is amazing, clean, safe and the people are polite, and no tipping allowed.
Lynda
Loved Sri Lanka !!!
Ryan
Japan, the food, the people and the culture are all spectacular!
The topography isn’t too bad either! Skiing to beaches.

You might perish in Africa as groundnuts (peanuts) are quite common. If you go you may want to consider going with a tour company that does their own food so they can be careful about cross contamination. If you eat in the markets you do so at your own risk. That being said I've travelled East and West Africa and it's my most favourite place in the world.
Dan
Anywhere in Africa is amazing
Dave
Vietnam is worth a trip
Alison
I loved Nicaragua

A couple of my favorites were Japan, S. Africa, Thailand, Ireland and Croatia. Japan is expensive tho. Been to about 50 countries and those stand out to me. However it should totally depend on your interests - not what other people liked.
Charlene
Japan was unexpectedly amazing! It’s the most unique country and culture I’ve ever experienced. The beauty of the landscape is amazing. I would highly recommend it!
Pauline
India or Africa

Just got home from Sri Lanka! It is so beautiful and has the friendliest people (I know people say that about lots of places but this is genuine
), plus great beaches, food, and wildlife spotting opportunities. The near future is a great time to visit as well because tourism has temporarily slowed, so you're going to get a lot more bang for your buck than usual.
Wherever you choose I hope you have a great time!
Kelly
If you love diving head to Indonesia. Komodo island. Supposed to have the most amazing diving in the world. I can't dive, cause my ear is screwed. But it was a cool place to visit!
Ethel
Sri Lanka is having huge political and social strife right now. Japan is great but costly. African tours can be fantastic. Check out Intrepid Travel Uganda and Rwanda.
Barb
Japan is safe, clean and beautiful.
Richard
Bali. And Sri Lanka is fascinating, but best check out the strife notation above. Amazing culture, history and natural and man made attractions, but when I was there many years ago, it was in the middle of the Tamil crisis. Philippines/Boracay is amazing too...
Leanne
Japan! Safe, beautiful people, amazing food and not just sushi , interesting culture, so much to see and do! Highly recommend!
Brooklyn
Nicaragua or Thailand

If you like cheap prices, friendly people, easy to get around, great beaches and amazing food then you should checkout Sri Lanka. We've also done the Annapurna Circuit (twice
) and absolutely loved it. The Himalayas are next level.
Sarah

Having already explored the wonders of Australia, hiked the iconic Inca Trail, and toured the rich cultures of Egypt and Jordan, the world still holds an abundance of captivating destinations to discover.
Sri Lanka: A Tropical Paradise
Sri Lanka, the tear-drop shaped island nation in the Indian Ocean, is a true gem that offers a diverse array of experiences. From its golden beaches and vibrant coral reefs to the misty hills of tea plantations and the ancient cities steeped in history, Sri Lanka promises a feast for the senses.
Highlights: Diving in the waters of the Hikkaduwa Marine National Park, exploring the rock fortress of Sigiriya, spotting leopards in Yala National Park, and savoring the aromatic spices of Sri Lankan cuisine.
Japan: A Fusion of Tradition and Modernity
Japan is a land of contrasts, where ancient traditions seamlessly blend with cutting-edge technology. From the neon-lit streets of Tokyo to the serene temples of Kyoto, Japan offers a unique cultural experience like no other.
Highlights: Diving in the crystal-clear waters of Okinawa, hiking through the breathtaking landscapes of the Japanese Alps, immersing yourself in the fascinating world of geisha culture, and indulging in the exquisite flavors of Japanese cuisine (sushi, anyone?).
Africa: A Vast and Diverse Continent
Africa is a vast and diverse continent, home to some of the world's most stunning natural wonders and rich cultural heritage. From the majestic wildlife of the Serengeti to the vibrant cities and coastal regions, Africa promises an unforgettable adventure.
Highlights: Diving in the turquoise waters of the Seychelles, witnessing the great wildebeest migration in the Serengeti National Park, exploring the ancient rock-hewn churches of Lalibela in Ethiopia, and savoring the flavors of West African cuisine.
No matter where the next adventure leads, one thing is certain: the world is brimming with incredible destinations that cater to our love for diving, nature, wildlife, and cultural immersion. Embrace the excitement of planning and let the wanderlust guide you to your next extraordinary escapade!

Planning my next trip and having a hard time (maybe Sri Lanka, Japan, Africa?). Have been backpacking in Australia, hiked the Inca trail and have toured Egypt and Jordan. We love diving, nature, wildlife and interesting culture and delicious food (although I have a severe peanut allergy) Would love to be inspired by everyone's favorite trips ♡
