Not walking distance at all but the Kirkland Marriott is great. I have seen prices so sky high when there is a concert in town.

pnw-based silver cloud inns are reasonable, typically include breakfast and offer shuttle service (do double check schedules). also worth checking residence inn and courtyard marriott by lake union. good luck!

Just stayed at Silver Cloud Inn in South Lake Union. Great rate on hotwire, although you can't choose the hotel from hotwire. Nice. Clean. Free parking and breakfast. And free shuttle to Stadium district.
