I know this isn't what you are asking but if you haven't booked it all yet, when I looked into this I discovered it was cheaper to get a package through Icelandair to Iceland and get the bus to Seattle (and a package to Iceland is way cheaper than cobbling it together separately).
Consider it - and if looking at a Yukon book ASAP. When I looked into this (what led me to icelsnd), all the places I would have wanted to stay were sold out

Hi this is a great idea, except we would be going to family who are coming all the way to Canada and would like to see more Canada.

I know of a great air bnb in Whitehorse. Very affordable and great people. There is a lot of amazing things to do/see in the Yukon... When were your planning on travelling?

I recommend Air North if your flying to whitehorse. They are still somewhat old school. Meal and 1st checked bag included. They are not much different than westjet during a seat sale. Only down side is that Air North does not book with airmiles or points. So if your booking with points then you have to use a different airline.
