yes, stay away from the airport hotels as they are far out of the way and choose something downtown, hollywood or koreatown. theirnbus/train transit system will get you anywhere you want to go for about $20 a week.

Where did you book for your Disney hotel...looking to book but not sure where to stay. Thank you
Sandra
we booked at the Park Vue. Right across the street from Disneyland and includes full breakfast.
Sheila
we will likely be staying at the hollywood hotel.

Thank you

Just been to Disney in December. Right now is probably not a good time to go. The exchange rate is so high. For every us dollar it cost 1.43 Canadian.

Sandra that's too bad.

I would stay in Anaheim and do day trips.

Sheraton Universal Studios. Stay in a club room and breakfast and appetizers are included in the rate. Walking distance to Universal Studios

I would recommend the Sheraton Park Hotel in Anaheim. It's about a 10 minute walk to Disneyland/California Adventure and is close to plenty of restaurants and shops. If you don't care to walk, there is also a shuttle (about $2/person for the whole day) that can take you to the Disney parks along with malls and restaurants. It's a little on the pricey side but definitely well worth it for the quality of the room and convenience but if you're not a Sheraton fan, basically anything on South Harbor Blvd and Katella is within walking distance to the parks Happy travels

I have stayed there and it has a beautiful pool area!
