Looking for recommendations for our parents 50th. Harrison is fully booked as is the Semiahmoo Resort in Blaine. Would need 7 rooms. Whistler has been done and not looking to take a ferry to the island. Any suggestions within a 2 hour drive or even nice hotels in the city.

West Coast River Lodge is absolutely stunning. You could rent the whole place to yourselves. Hot tub, pool, tubing down the river.

A few years ago, we had a weekend family reunion in Squamish and everyone stayed at the Executive Suite Hotels & Resort. It's a lovely area with amenities, hiking trails, shopping, etc.
Another option is the Chrysalis Resort and Spa in Fairhaven, WA. Get the waterfront room view.
Both are within 2 hrs from the city without having to go on a plane or ferry.

Christyene Harapan 6 upstairs and then a large open room at ground level that has beds.

Sunwolf in Squamish on the river in the woods up the valley is stunning and there is Fergies eatery right there. Wood stoves, love it there. little rental cabins all next to each other and a common room for games etc

Krista sun wolf is almost always full especially if you need so many cabins and a set date you want to go.

I’m not sure of the name of it, but there is a lodge or vacation rental property overlooking the river near Hope. I have seen photos of a wedding and they were amazing!

Shellie it is sooooo nice and the meals are sooooo good...if you don't look at it because it's a "fishing lodge" then you've missed a real gem.....and I know many, many people miss it.

i also recommend the Executive Inn in Squamish. Recently there for work conference and there is a lot to do there. Beautiful location. Sparkling hills is beautiful but I think overpriced. Vancouver hotels have a great visa deal - as someone mentioned.

There are new large cabins at Manning Park, self catering though.

When looking for retreat centre, Loon Lake in Maple Ridge came up. Might be worth checking out their website.
