I agree Kauai. It is my favorite! Beautiful beaches, scenery, not crowded, easy to get around, lots of local markets and just all around gorgeous. Poipu in the south is the sunniest and great beach. Princeville in the north is a bit rainier but equally beautiful beaches.

I like Kaanapali, it is clean and quiet, we stayed at the Beach Club resort, it had a kitcehn sperate bedroom and lots of space to move around in

Kauai! Definitely stay in the Poipu area, really great for little kids. They have a sectioned off "baby beach" space that is very safe. Very quiet area, very little night life, be clean, comfortable, and easy.

I stayed in a vrbo on Molokai over near Papohaku beach ... you'll need to rent a car for sure ... but I was there with my 4 year old (at the time) and we absolutely LOVED it ...

Hi guys,
I am trying to plan a family holiday for a baby, a toddler and my husband to Hawaii at the end of February and am looking for advice. I have been to Kihei and Wailea but found it pretty touristy however, found the beaches beautiful. Can someone suggest an alternative? Preferably a lot of natural beauty, and not quite as touristy? Any island is okay with us!
Thank you!!
