Looking for recommendations on where to Backpack in the month of April!
Looking for somewhere on the cheaper side of things, warm ( less things to pack ) haha and that has beautiful places to take photos as it's a photography trip!
Bonus: If it's by the ocean ( or can get to fairly easy ) && If west jet flies there!

Anywhere in Central America. April is end of their dry season. Some countries are cheaper than others.

Only problem is most things are dead lol I've spent time in Costa in April lol It's way prettier in Nov! haha

Also month of Sonkran which ia the Thai new year. Basically a massive waterfight for 7-10 days! Fun!!!!

Ecuador has volcanic mountains ,beaches and the amazon. Or Colombia -Cocora Valley and North coast Santa Marta / Palamino area for beaches. Unfortunately westjet does not fly there.

Panama to Colombia sail trip
fly into either and depart from the other. Sail trip is about 5-6 days and you get to see both countries! Ecuador is also beautiful. Guatemala is amazing, and Belize. The list goes on!
Do you want somewhere well travelled or somewhere adventures. Do you want more of a chill vibe CA/SA/Asia vibe or do you want to bring your flat/curling iron and nice clothes (Europe trip).
Japan would be nice too, not sure when the blossoms show.

Thailand would be a great this time of the year. And it’s CHEAP. Lots of islands and ocean front beauty to photograph

Central America

Thailand will be ridiculously hot at that time of year but photography will be great everywhere especially bkk, ayyuthaya and Chiang Mai.

China has places most people have never heard of and they are beautiful beyond words. If you have the courage to travel in a place that has little English and is off the beaten path, I recommend China. It's extremely safe and cheaper than all the others. I can recommend specific places if you are interested.

Croatia, Eastern Europe

Leaning towards Italy

Krystal Italy is wonderful. Euros are expensive though and Italy isn’t cheap.

That's fair! Haha I've found some really great airbnb and hostels though so that will help a lot!!! Hehe and I love cooking hehe so I'm hoping to save a bunch that way haha
Biggest thing is the flight and I found an awesome deal with west jet. So that's helped tons!
