Every hotel within Disney has a different themed restaurant in it. At Epcot park it has many fancy restaurants along the different country area . So much to choose from. Downtown Disney also has many restaurants ...... I can’t even remember where we ate

Don't miss the Boardwalk area just outside of EPCOT, it has a great vibe with restaurants, stores, performers, and a piano bar.
Animal Kingdom Lodge (The hotel, not the park) has two great restaurants Sanaa and Boma and it is a really neat hotel (safari animals/night vision goggles/).
Stick to the "Signature" restaurants if you want a quieter (aka less kids) environment; I have also found I enjoy restaurants that are outside of the parks (in a hotel or other WDW area) to be much more enjoyable. Disney Springs is also really fun at night! Lots of shops, activities, pubs, great restaurants. Hope this helps! Have a great trip!
