How can we cycle the Okanagan wineries for 4 days without overexerting ourselves?

Okanagan for 4 days. Cycling the wineries but not killing our selves
. Willing to do 2 nights in one place and then 2 in another.
Any advice? Routes? Accommodation with proximity to wine trails?

Naramata bench but stay in penticton waterfront walk on beach in the evening are so nice and Oliver or osoyoos is nice too

Spirit ridge resort has a winery onsite and a few wineries closeby. It's an incredible place, a bit on the pricer side though. Enjoy!!

Lock your bikes and if possible don't leave them unattended. Unfortunate to have to say this but it's reality these days.

Check the wineries you want to go to ahead of time. A lot of them are pre-booking reservations for wine tastings at a fee.

OK Falls has some great wineries. Burrowing Owl has accommodations. Hester Creek in Oliver has great accommodations too.
