Yes. Worst experience of my 22 trips to the Mayan Riviera. Moved to another resort 1/2 way through my stay @ considerable additional cost. No service, food horrific, low end alcohol. Even in the a la carte restauarnt with extra $$ surcharge service was non-existant. If you go bring your own cutlery & drinkware. They were constantly out.So many better places to stay.

H10 Hotels: A Review and Overview
Are you considering booking a stay at one of the H10 hotels? With their new property, Ocean Riviera Paradise, set to open in December, it's a great time to explore this brand and understand what they offer. In this blog post, we'll dive into the H10 hotel experience and how it compares to other popular resort chains.
The H10 Brand
H10 Hotels is a Spain-based hotel chain with properties across Europe, the Caribbean, and Mexico. While not as massive as the likes of RIU, H10 hotels offer a more boutique experience with a focus on modern design and personalized service.
Unlike some all-inclusive resorts where wristbands are required and reservations are necessary for dining, H10 hotels typically take a more relaxed approach. Guests can enjoy the freedom of moving around the resort without wristbands and indulge in 24-hour room service without the need for reservations.
Amenities and Experiences
H10 hotels are known for their upscale amenities and attention to detail. You can expect well-appointed rooms, quality dining options, and a range of activities and entertainment options.
One standout feature of H10 hotels is their commitment to high-end beverages. Unlike some all-inclusive resorts that offer lower-tier alcohol options, H10 hotels typically stock premium liquors and wines, ensuring a more elevated drinking experience.
Reviews and Guest Experiences
Based on reviews from travelers who have stayed at H10 hotels in Mexico, the brand seems to deliver a consistently enjoyable experience. Guests praise the attentive service, modern accommodations, and the overall value for money.
One recurring theme in reviews is the unique and stylish design of H10 properties. Many guests appreciate the contemporary aesthetic and the attention to detail in both public spaces and guest rooms.
The Bottom Line
If you're looking for a more boutique, upscale all-inclusive experience without the constraints of wristbands and dining reservations, H10 hotels could be an excellent choice. With their focus on personalized service, premium amenities, and modern design, H10 hotels offer a refreshing alternative to the often-crowded mega-resorts.
As for the new Ocean Riviera Paradise property, it's certainly generating buzz among travelers seeking a luxurious Mexican getaway. With H10's track record and the promise of a stylish, adults-only resort, it's definitely one to keep an eye on for those seeking a sophisticated all-inclusive experience.

travel friends - anyone have any reviews, thoughts, experience with the H10 hotels?
there is the new one opening in December and I'm curious about the brand - Ocean Riviera Paradise
I guess what I am trying to figure out is what the Branding is. Like you know the riu will always be massive and have booze in the rooms, wrist bands. The AM resorts don't have wrist bands, 24 hour room service, high end booze, and you don't need to make reservations. Where do the H10 properties sit? Has anyone been to any of the H10 hotels in Mexico?
