Take the bus. You'll pass 3 countries to get there. But took awhile.

The bus is 8 hours, the ferry 6. In Canada and Norway, ferry rides are a pleasure, bus rides not so much. I'm curious about Croatia, that coast is beautiful I'm sure but if you're stuck in a hot stuffy boat with dirty windows . . .
