Which Puerto Vallarta Resort Offers the Best Kid-Friendly Amenities?

Question:

Gwenn
We went to Dreams Puerto Aventuras back in November, it's close to Playa, VERY family friendly!
Gwenn
They have a kids programs, a dolphin & manatee pool, and lots of entertainment
Stephani
Thanks for the recommendation but we’re looking for something through PVR. The flights are shorter than CUN and with young kids that makes or breaks a family vacation hahah...
But I hear the Dreams chain is amazing so maybe I’ll take a look at the Dreams Villamanga Nuevo Vallarta!
Darragh
Ive stayed at this one and it’s gorgeous! The resort next door (marival) is a little more kid orientated, we just stayed there in Jan.
Natalie
Stephani Dreams Villamagna is amazing. Great kids program and the food is amazing. We are heading there soon for our second visit. Have two kids. My daughter was six last time we were there and wanted to be in the kids club all the time.
Mandi
Crown paradise super kid friendly
Jo
^ we were just there. Get a family room, has bunk beds/ mini space for the kiddies and a king for you. Baby club for your littles, perfect we used it and most of the time my kiddo was the only kid there, use it especially of youre wanting a little R&R. Has good pools especially the kiddies. Nice beach and good food.
Jen
Now Amber was great and there were a lot of families there.
Jessica
The friendly is so much fun. Small but the customer service is amazing and the food is good!
Sharron
Roy Vallarta.
Barbara
Now Amber! Went there in October for 10 nights with our kids...stayed in the preferred side with a swim out room
Maureen
Marival residences is fabulous! We have been back a number of times because it was so great for our kids! (And us too!)
Sharron
Riu Vallarta

Look up sell off vacations
Barbara
The PV Melia! Hands down. They have a special kids programme and don’t allow any ‘spring breakers’!
Mark
Royal Decameron has good value, lots of Canadians and improved over the years, close to nice fishing village. Recommend a trip to Yelapa, 25 minutes by boat from downtown, rent apts for US$20 up a night. Really quiet, undisturbed village, no cars, just mules and horses, nice beach.
Barbara
That's where my brother and his family always went! They loved it!
Elisa
Riu Palace Pacifico
Elisa
Iberostar Playa Mita
Lisa
I’m thinking of booking here. How was the good and evening entertainment? Was it too secluded? I read its far from the airport. Thanks!!!
Elisa
Lisa not sure, I’ll be heading there in a few months. Heard good things from others who been
Lisa
Elisa Thanks
I’m nervous about booking and don’t know anyone that’s stayed there.
Natalie
I’ve heard good things about the resort itself. A couple of notes is that it’s located about 45 minutes from the airport and just outside the Bay of Banderas, so open ocean, which makes the beaches more surfer friendly. Waves, etc compared to resorts in the Bay.
Stephani
Has anyone else stayed here? I’m quite liking this resort but a 45 min drive from the airport is pretty long for 2 kids. We’ve stayed at an Iberostar years ago in Cancun and it was just okay.
Lisa
Stephani I ended up booking but don’t leave until March 18. There is a great FB group for the resort where you can ask questions, read reviews, get more info, etc...called Iberostar Playa Mita Visitors
Stephani
Lisa That’s great. Thanks Lisa!
Kristina
I also recommend this place. Super kids program. Has a nice little man made lagoon in the ocean safe for kids.
Michele
Fiesta Americana

Recommendations for an all inclusive resort in Puerto Vallarta (and surrounding areas)? Kids are 4 and 1.5 years old. Probably gonna hang out at the resort most of the time so good kid amenities and beach are a must!
And if anyone knows of any deals for April, send them my way!
