Where Should I Travel in SE Asia Besides Manila This November-December?

In Philippines you should head out of Manilla ASAP as there's not much to see there - just a big city. Head up north to Banaue and Sagada to see the rice terraces and underground caves.
Also visit Tagaytay and the Taal Volcano there.
You can also visit Bohol Island (day trip from Cebu) and go to Palawan and Boracay for the beaches.
As for the rest of Southeast Asia... omg... so much to see. Definately visit Vietnam and Thailand.
