Villa premiere or Casa Velas in Puerto Vallarta. We are booked at Grand Fiesta americana the first week of April but it's getting mixed reviews and there is beach construction right now. Hoping I don't regret my decision. Best we've ever stayed at is Couples Tower Isle in Jamaica. 5 star service and food and super all - inclusive.

Hey Jen. I have stayed at the Secrets in Panama and Riviera Maya. They were both great! I would recommend Secrets.

The Royal, playa del carmen or Cancun. The one in Cancun is laid-back but beautiful views from every room. More for a couples retreat, the one in playa is more activities and a more fun atmosphere to be involved with others. And close to fifth Avenue and the ferry to go to Cozumel

The royal Cancun is now Hyatt zilara!

I have heard good things. How is the food?

Profile picture of Stephani

Stephani

Delicious! We stayed in the Elegance Club adults only section. Even though we had access to many special restaurants we chose to eat mostly at the buffets. They change the food constantly, so that you look like you are the first ones at the buffet.

This is a view from the little snack restaurant on the way to the beach. It is one of the adults only beach section with Bali beds. The butler service is wonderful too.

We stayed at Le Blanc in Cancun at Christmas! It was nice. Butler on each floor. 4 al a carte restaurants in the evening. Food was great. Spa was great. You get a $1500 resort credit to use for the spa, excursions, and 'extras' a bit deceiving cuz the credit price is overpriced and then u pay a cash service charge. Beach was awesome!
