Instead of position go to priano small town between to cliffs family orientated and u can rent a zodiac and head out in water was one of our favourite days of our honeymoon. They gave us the penthouse suite was cheap 85-100 a night.

No idea there are only a few in this town when walking down was on right top floor of white building.

I stayed in Positano & stayed at the Bougainville Hotel. I got a room facing the Mediterranean. The hotel is older (most are), but it was quaint & had a good breakfast in the morning to get you going (breakfast is included in your hotel rate). I took the local bus to nearby towns & spent the day exploring.
