Grand Palladium in Punta de Mita. First all inclusive I've seen that had a HUGE bin of beach toys for the kids. Lots of activities and a mini zoo of rescued animals

I second this. They have amazing kids camps as well and a water play area next to the main pool with slides, etc.

How old do kids have to be for the kids club? I heard the beach is rocky there?

Profile picture of Heather

Heather

The beach is very sandy. The water gets rocky pretty quickly. There is plenty of room though for swimming and kids to play at the shore. Go out just a bit and you can SUP, surf, snorkel and catamaran. Lots of free equipment provided for adults too. Sorry, can't answer about the kids club, went as an adult vacation

With its beautiful beaches, family-friendly activities, and a wide range of resorts catering to children, Puerto Vallarta offers an ideal vacation spot for families with young kids aged 5 and 3. Here are some top resort recommendations to consider:

1. Velas Vallarta

It features a dedicated kids' club with supervised activities, a children's pool, and a family-friendly beach area. The resort also boasts multiple restaurants, including a pizza bar and an ice cream parlor, ensuring that even the pickiest eaters will find something to enjoy.

2. Garza Blanca Resort & Spa

Garza Blanca Resort & Spa is a breathtaking beachfront resort that caters to families with young children. The resort offers a kids' club with age-appropriate activities, a water park with slides and splash pads, and a dedicated children's pool area. Additionally, the resort provides babysitting services, allowing parents to enjoy some well-deserved alone time.

3. Marriott Puerto Vallarta Resort & Spa

The Marriott Puerto Vallarta Resort & Spa is a family-friendly resort located on a beautiful stretch of beach.
