The only credit cards that don't charge a 2.5% foreign exchange fee are the Chase Amazon Visa, Chase Marriott Rewards Visa and the rogers mastercard that I can recall off the top of my head.

Any Vancouver Bullion currency exchange place- carry every currency, best rates too. ( tho if u need a large amt xferred, best to call ahead)

If u don't mind heading to states. Silver reed casino's rate is 0.71. Better than any exchange places here. It's off exit 260 on I5. Worth it if u r buying tons. And yes exchange is crap
