Last time we went I was pregnant so couldn't do most rides. We enjoyed the atmosphere, the shows, meeting characters etc

Surprisingly good food @ Epcot. Enjoy shows @ Hollywood Studios. Download for free My Disney Experience app for lots of great info like character meet & greet times/places. Have fun!

Some rides have Stationary seating, so you can still experience the ride without being jostled about...

Parades! Fireworks! Talking to the staff in Epcot's World Showcase - they all hail from their host countries and are absolutely wonderful storytellers! Eating and drinking around the world! Touring the Deluxe Disney Hotels and appreciating the insanely wonderful immersive experience that Disney manages to create - Animal Kingdom Lodge and Boardwalk are my faves. I feel like you'd also be able to go on some of the slow moving rides without an issue - some of these are absolutely masterpieces and won't require much arm manipulation. Peter Pan's Flight, Spaceship Earth, Kilimanjaro Safari... there's actually a ton of things I think you can do (providing that you're otherwise mobile). Dining and shopping at Downtown Disney! Take in the Cirque Show "La Nouba" as it's singlehandedly the best thing about Disney World. Take it slow and enjoy the theming of the parks - especially Epcot and Animal Kingdom. PM me for more advice! I'm obviously obsessed...
