This a bus operator that takes you to the main places. You can hop on an off at any time and stay as long as needed. Lima is very crowded and I would advice you to stay there for a couple of days and eat. The food is great. You can then head to Nazca and see the lines. Cusco is amazing and you can go to MachuPichu by train from there or from the Sacred Valley. There a million options it depends on how long you are staying and whats your budget.

You will need to fly into Lima to get your flight to Cusco - take a full day market / cooking class in Lima; visit the cat park, wander side streets ~ in Cusco, as stated above, Inca Trail (or LONG day trip) - Cusco is a wonderful spot - great restaurants, TONS to see & do - markets, textile museum, hop on / off bus ....
