Fiji is amazing! Natandola beach on Viti levu is worth seeing. I advise staying off the beaten track and getting to know the lovely people of Fiji. There are some great places to stay that aren't all inclusive resorts

Sabeto hills for hot spring and mud bath. You can do zip line too. Denarau island is a good resort. You can do day trips to small islands from denarau to plantation island

Leleuvia island in Fiji, it's a 30 minute boat ride from the East coast of Fiji. Prices are very reasonable and has the best corals for snorkeling, every time we go to Fiji we spent a couple of nights their.
