Howe Sound Inn & Brewing or Executive Inn are probably the nicest. Nothing in way of 'luxury' here. You might find a gem on Airbnb.
Luigi
Sandman or, Executive they're ok almost like 4:seasons but way less sttuffy from the luxury bs
Anne
Sandman is fairly new . Great stay
Halina
Executive suites resort has great big rooms overlooking golf course. The room comes with pull out couch and kitchen.
Chrys
Not much choice there, only a handful of hotels. We recently went and stayed at Executive Suites and it was not bad. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. If you can book ahead there are some nice Airbnbs
Rose
If you're coming all this way, why not go all the way to Whistler? Plenty of luxury there! But airbnb is your best option in Squamish.
Dorothy
Lots of lovely restaurants and hotels in whistler
Cindy
we love the pan pacific mountainside but more luxury would be the four seasons and fairmont le chateau
Joanne
Sun Wolf, Brackendale. I wouldn’t call it luxury, I don’t think you will find luxury in Squamish really, but Sun Wolf is an excellent getaway and the restaurant is fantastic.
Rhonda
I've stayed at the Howe sound brewrery a few times and enjoyed ot. Definately not luxury but decent and quaint and very close to the water and you can see the waterfall from that side. It's in the older part of town and you can walk the little shops.
Sue
If you want Luxury go up to Whistler probably
Shauna
Midway between Squamish and Whistler Nita lake lodge, they will give u water sport equipment or bikes to use. We have a private massage in our room from a local lady, highly recommended. The food, everything is very classy.
Bahar
I second this
Catherin
Shauna Nita lake Lodge is not midway. It is in Whistler’s Creekside. Four minute drive before Whistler village. But I agree it is fantastic!
Pats
Shauna thank you
Catherin
Pats If you do come to Whistler check out the
Pique Newsmagazine for all of the food specials and make reservations. Now is when many restaurants are having their off-season specials.
Jodi
Shauna NLL is not midway - it’s literally in the Whistler valley.
Eva
The Howe Sound Brewing Company has nice accommodations ... and a fun pub ... the Watershed Grill in Brackendale is a must for their insane ceasars
Sam
You’ve got to eat at the Watershed
Kristen
Sea to sky gondola, Fergie’s cafe for brunch, the dyke trail in Brakendale.
Leigh
I would also recommend going the extra 40 mins to stay in Whistler! Squamish is pretty but Whistler is a much better place for a vacation destination
Logan
go to whistler
Pats
Ok. Ty
Christin
The Executive Suites is a lovely place to stay. Check out Fergies for brunch, do the gondola, grab a treat at Sunflower, grab a pint at Backcountry. Walk around the Smoke Bluffs, Shannon Falls, the estuary trail is lovely.
Christin
You have to try out the food truck behind the Canadian Tire. It's a very popular spot for lunch and it's licenced too. Just can't remember the name. My daughter had us go there
