Howe Sound Inn & Brewing or Executive Inn are probably the nicest. Nothing in way of 'luxury' here. You might find a gem on Airbnb.

Not much choice there, only a handful of hotels. We recently went and stayed at Executive Suites and it was not bad. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. If you can book ahead there are some nice Airbnbs

If you're coming all this way, why not go all the way to Whistler? Plenty of luxury there! But airbnb is your best option in Squamish.

Sun Wolf, Brackendale. I wouldn’t call it luxury, I don’t think you will find luxury in Squamish really, but Sun Wolf is an excellent getaway and the restaurant is fantastic.

I've stayed at the Howe sound brewrery a few times and enjoyed ot. Definately not luxury but decent and quaint and very close to the water and you can see the waterfall from that side. It's in the older part of town and you can walk the little shops.

Midway between Squamish and Whistler Nita lake lodge, they will give u water sport equipment or bikes to use. We have a private massage in our room from a local lady, highly recommended. The food, everything is very classy.

Shauna Nita lake Lodge is not midway. It is in Whistler’s Creekside. Four minute drive before Whistler village. But I agree it is fantastic!

I would also recommend going the extra 40 mins to stay in Whistler! Squamish is pretty but Whistler is a much better place for a vacation destination

The Executive Suites is a lovely place to stay. Check out Fergies for brunch, do the gondola, grab a treat at Sunflower, grab a pint at Backcountry. Walk around the Smoke Bluffs, Shannon Falls, the estuary trail is lovely.

You have to try out the food truck behind the Canadian Tire. It's a very popular spot for lunch and it's licenced too. Just can't remember the name. My daughter had us go there
