We went for our honeymoon. depends if you're on a budget like we were. We wanted a hut, and for the buck we couldn't find a better deal with as many things to do on the island as Sun Island Resort Maldives We loved it -->snorkeling, swimming with whales, stingray feeding session, renting bikes and riding along the waters...has so many things to do..just sign up.

Depending on your budget I would highly recommended splurging on a 5 star for a couple nights at least - the beaches are different, something out of the movies and what you really think of when you think of the Maldives. Como Cocoa Island was insanity... the most amazing place I’ve ever been to. We stayed on another island at a regular hotel and it just didn’t compare. So happy to have had the experience at Coco.

I stayed here and loved it - very affordable. It’s on a local island instead of a resort. Food was delicious, activities are reasonably priced and they go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable.
