Check out the grand palladium. 4 resorts in one. The colonial is closest to the water park and kids club.
Heather
We stayed here when it first opened (around 2002) and would love to go back! This resort is huge and sets the bar high for all inclusive vacations in Mexico!
Wendy
Heather we were there the last 2 years and looking at going back again this winter. I can't talk my husband into going anywhere else now.
Heather
Wendy We are looking to get away this winter, too. When do you go? I am trying to find affordable and family friendly spots - but keep returning to the Palladium.
Wendy
Heather we usually go for 10 nights during the last 2 weeks of November. It's the end of hurricane season but still not really the high season. We're there for American thanksgiving. This year I watched prices and booked early just over $3800 for 10 nights.
Heather
Wendy Wow! Pardon my ignorance, but is that per person, or for a fam?
Wendy
Heather that was for 2 of us. We don't have kids.
Jana
We did the Palladium Kantenah in December. Was amazing. Would be great for multiple families with kids.
Heather
Wendy Ah! I see. Still, pretty awesome. Ahhh...ten days...so dreamy!

We loved Grand Riviera Princess, it has a great family club, kids pool, etc. It is a large resort though so a fair bit of walking around, but they have provide shuttles to the beach etc. It's a Mexican 5 star, would be more like a 4 star in North America, but the rooms are quite nice and the service is impeccable!

We came back from Grand Porto Real in April...with 4&5 year olds...they loved it. Kids club looked after them and they didn't even want to come out. Mini golf, kid pool, pirate ship, playground, game room too

Sandos caracol is awesome for kids that age.. we have been twice you will love it

Looking for recommendations/personal experience for a All Inclusive in Playa Del Carmen area for 3 families with kids 4-7 yrs old. Likely a 4-5 star, and maybe even kids free? I am overwhelmed at all the places to choose from. We would enjoy waterslides, splash parks, water sports, good beach, kids club for 4+......Many thanks.
