Which Mexican destination is best for a Christmas getaway with a group of 10-15 people?

Question:

Planning to go to Mexico during Christmas this year for about 10-15 people. Looking for an all inclusive package to relax on the sunny beaches, eat good food and some sight seeing . Which location is preferable - los Cabos, Puerto Vallarta or Riveria maya? Open to other locations as well . TIA!

I highly recommend the Maya Riviera area, it is so beautiful over there. I went the BlueBay Grand Esmeralda, and I liked it, except don't buy things from the shops in the resort, except for the photos. If you are an average Joe and don't expect the moon, it is enjoyable. I tipped a few bucks here and there and got excellent service. Lots of cool places to go see within the Playa Del Carmen area as well, cenotes, parks, ruins, etc.

If you are beach people go to the cancan side, if you are pool people go Cabo side

Charity lol they have pools at the all inclusives on the Maya Riviera side too lol. Plus it's not desert like on Maya Riviera side.

The Maya Riviera. Been to both sides. There’s nothing like the colour of the water on the Maya side. Leaving again for Playa del Carmen in November. Can’t wait!

I've been to both sides and if you're set on all inclusive I'd go to the Mayan Riviera side because the ocean is much nicer.
I like Puerto Vallarta for non resort travel and being able to try some real authentic Mexican food and you can do day trips to Sayulita and Bucieras.
If you go to Mayan Riviera make sure you check out Xel Ha it's an amazing park with lagoons and a tubing river my favourite Mexico experience ever.

been to all three. Like the comment above, Sayulita and Puerto Vallarta feel like a more travel authentic experience. But if you’re purely looking for relaxation, the Mayan can’t be beat. We got married at Paradisus La Esmeralda with 40 guests in attendance, and it was an awesome resort with great food.

Puerto Vallarta has a more authentic feel. Sierra Madre mountains, waterfalls, humback whales etc. I lived in Mexico for 10 years. LOVE Puerto Vallarta over Maya or Los Cabos.

I highly recommend Puerto Vallarta. It was only my second time in Mexico. First time I stayed at the moon palace resort in Cancun. Resort was way too big and food was very bland. Just stayed at club Marival resort in P.V and it was a great family resort. Decent food, amazing beach and pools. and day trips to Bucerias and Sayulita can be made easily. Vallarta adventures is not too far from there where you can see dolphins.

Gurleen Atwal Cancun is too busy. You should've gone down south a bit more.
