We did a bike and barge trip from Amsterdam to Brugge. It was amazing. Cycled 35-45km each day.

Liz we used tripsite.com and we were on the Zwaantje. We actually rented the whole boat, there were 12 couples. Food was amazing, and so nice to see the countryside and small towns. Our guide was excellent too.

In Italy, check out Hotel Belvedere. Rather than moving each day, you check in there for a week and do guided rides each day. They have 5 different levels from relatively basic to very intense. You can change your level each day as you wish. Everything at Belvedere is top notch. We also hear good things from friends who’ve done self-guided in Puglia and loved it.

Puglia Cycle Tours. We did self guided 4 years ago. They do groups as well. They were wonderful in the planning stages and during our trip. Support van was a phone call away. Places we stayed were fabulous.
