A lot of people love the Decameron. It’s just on the edge of Bucerias. Budget all inclusive. Costa Dorada

We like Casa de Los Monos. Quirky little place right on the beach, and most rooms have a well equipped kitchenette. It is on the north end of town and is an easy walk to the centre of town.
Cindy
We stayed at hotel suites Nadia. It was ok, nice rooftop pool, restaurant on site, across the street from beach and restaurants and close to Jax Bar.

Jesus Birrueta can you help ? You are amazing in finding great places

girlfriend just got back from there 2 weeks ago after not being there for about 6 years, she said it is now ridiculously expensive and very Americanized, no *locals* places to speak of unless you go to the far end of town. The *local restaurants* are stupidly expensive for what you get. They stayed at the decameron where the food is also terrible.. felt bad for her

Kym yikes!

Kym I felt this way about PV the one and only time I visited about 6 years ago. Hawkers were selling Mayan trinkets, despite PV not being a Mayan area. Everyone spoke amazing English. It was my last trip to a Mexican beach resort, and very disappointing
Kym
Cody PV isn't bad though as far as having lots of options that are affordable.

Kym fair. we were there for a wedding so stayed with the group

I highly recommend Linda’s tacos!

Thanks everyone! Decided Merida and Playa Del Carmen areas have more what I’m looking for, like the ruins and colonial towns. Booked!
Wondering about Places to stay in Bucerias Mexico on a budget. We don’t want all inclusive. Just not far from the beach and near all the shops and restaurants. We love to shop, try all the local restaurants, and walk the beach. As well as any cool tours for old people haha. Plus a pool if possible and of course a view! Any suggestions? Thank you!
