cathay pacific can get there with one 1 stop in Hong Kong. They are the fastest flights. Comes with cathay pacific prices of course!
After that, it kind of becomes difficult. Some of the Chinese airlines offer low prices to Male (MLE) from time to time, but the travel times are usually incredibly long.
There are non-stop flights from various places in Europe and Asia to Male, but usually by the time you factor in the cost of booking both flights separately, it's not really saving much over the Cathay prices.
