Tolatongo Grutas! Choose your tour carefully, so you have enough time at the pools, the river , ziplining ( optional ), the cave , the two tunnels .
Vasile
Doina thanks! I'll add it to my list!
Doina
Vasile Welcome ! Have fun, it is an incredible place !
Michelle
Doina where is this in Mx. exactly?
Doina
Michelle in Cardonal, state of Hidalgo . About 3 hrs away from CDMX. If you want to see all the above and have enough time to enjoy it , you need a full day tour . I left at 6 am for mine and got back to CDMX at 6,30 PM.
Kiera
San Miguel de Allende!! It’s an incredibly beautiful city with tons of colour and history! I also second Tolatongo Grutas!

Tanya
We just got back and we did the tour without the hot air balloon ride. We were joined by a group who did do the sunrise balloon ride and they said it was the highlight of their trip
Fiona
If your group is fit, you can just walk it and walk up and down the steps.
Wendy
My son just did it and enjoyed it. Left CDMX at 4:30 am
Vasile
Wendy thanks.

Hot Air Balloon Excursion to Teotihuacan in Mexico
Happy New Year everyone! If you're planning a trip to Mexico City in February and are looking for exciting tour recommendations, you might want to consider taking a hot air balloon excursion to Teotihuacan.
Teotihuacan is a famous archaeological site located just outside of Mexico City. It is known for its impressive pyramids, including the Pyramid of the Sun and the Pyramid of the Moon. Taking a hot air balloon ride over this ancient city is a unique and unforgettable experience.
While I personally have not taken the hot air balloon excursion to Teotihuacan, I have heard rave reviews from friends and fellow travelers who have. The views from above are said to be breathtaking, especially as the sun rises over the pyramids.
In addition to the hot air balloon excursion, there are plenty of other tour recommendations for Mexico City and the surrounding area in February. Some popular options include visiting the Frida Kahlo Museum, exploring the historic center of Mexico City, and taking a day trip to the charming town of Taxco.
Whether you're interested in history, art, food, or nature, Mexico City has something to offer for every type of traveler. Be sure to do some research and plan ahead to make the most of your trip.
Overall, a hot air balloon excursion to Teotihuacan sounds like a fantastic way to start off your trip to Mexico City in February. I hope this recommendation helps you in planning your upcoming adventure!
