Visit the Umeda Sky Building. Nice views from the top, but more importantly, the okonomiyaki restaurant in its underground market is to die for (the market is really cool to walk through too). It's called Okonomiyaki Kij I believe, but basically just look for the tiny restaurant with the biggest crowd. The food's really good, it's quite inexpensive, and the owner/chefs are all super friendly (they even chatted with me about the Blue Jays when they found out I'm from Toronto).

Just eat all the food.
