We were at Sandos caraco Eco resort in playa del carmen in 2015. It was about a 3.5 star and very kid friendly! We went in early April and it was about $1850/person.

I don't know what the pricing is like in March but we have stayed several times at the Bahia Principe Coba resort with our kids. When I have booked it the cost has been around $1300 per person over 12. 4 star resort with activities geared towards families

I know Hard Rock Hotel Cancun - All inclusive vacation. For 7 days can be $1090 per person include flight from Vancouver March 10- March 21. Without flight can be 7 days $560 per family (max of 4 family member). 3 days vacation available too. They have year round kids program.

Rabinder Hi I have membership with a few different resorts in Mexico. I would say 7 days hotel suite $560 for family of 4 is really good price. Regarding the flight tickets, it changes everyday, so it is harder to say. If you want to see other hotels, feel free to ask.

Hotel Catalonia Puerto Aventuros do NOT go to the Reef Coco Beach or their sister hotel Reef Playa car. The Reef HANDWASHES their plastic glasses and say they recycle them. Bring ur own Tupperware glasses for ur drinks!!

Rabinder, I just checked through my membership about the availability for March 17 to March 24 at Hard Rock Hotel. The studio which Maximum occupied 4 people is $ 560 plus GST.
And All Ritmo Cancun Resort & Waterpark is 20 mins from the airport. That's a good option too.
