I'll be staying in Todos Santos, Mexico for 10 days in early December. What should I not miss while I'm there (Todos Santos/Cabo San Lucas area)? I like the beach, swimming, snorkeling, nature, animals, sightseeing, cultural experiences, anything fun, really.

I've been to Todos Santos 3x but never more than a day trip. They have a baby turtle release I always miss... look that up and see if works with your timing. And then lots of good food, some little shops etc. Not sure how to fill 10 days though

Peggy Polancec Cerritos beach to watch the surfers and swim. I've stayed once at the beautiful boutique hotel there and once in the Surfers shacks. It's grown a ton since I was there last though (5yrs).

The small town of Los Cerritos (south of Todos Santos). Very laid back, lots of surfers and sand roads.
For snorkeling, you can't beat swimming with the whale sharks out of La Paz. There are several tour operators that offer this. Our tour also included snorkeling with sea lions. It was amazing!

There’s a turtle release that was the highlight of my trip! Just look for things in town about the turtle rescue. It’s most evenings, but you can volunteer which is great.
Also, the mushroom soup at the restaurant in the hotel casa tota restaurant was the best soup ever! A must have! The hotel was lovely to stay in if you’re looking.
Also, any events hosted at the hotel San cristobal will be pricey, but worth it. We did Christmas Eve there & it was awesome.
Sorry, we're having trouble playing this video.
