Hi Fatemah....do you have a preference. Silent....more active....relaxing? A little yoga and lots of free time or more deeply into the practice. If you are unsure I would suggest checking places like Esalen in Big Sur California. There are others. You can look at the different retreats they host. It is beautiful there...hot springs on the cliffs, etc. I am a yoga teacher who leads retreats so will say it should be something that speaks to you heart. Enjoy your time.
