Excellent - only issue is constant promotional emails. I also use Hotels.com because I get a free night for 10 bookings and they have also been excellent to deal with even when i make a mistake with a booking.

No issues here either! Even had no problem cancelling 2 hours before checking in due to a medical emergency and was not charged any cancelation fees!

Have used them lots for accommodation. A small tip though......check carefully to see if there is a cancellation fee. We got caught by it and had to pay for one night in Banff, that we had hoped to just cancel when our plans changed. (It was inside the 24 hours time frame.)

I basically exclusively use BOOKING.COM They have good rates, they have legit ratings and you can cancel without a few (beware though, some places don't have that option). I use this for all my international travel and have NEVER had an issue.

Consistently the best price. Never any problems... but the hotel doesn't always get the booking immediately, so I try to book no less than a half day in advance.

I used it at several places and had no problems. Just make sure you stick to your word when you book because they might charge you if you don't. However; I have been able to talk myself out of a situation like that because I had a pretty good excuse.

I've used them for my trip to Greece, Germany,London and Peru. Never had any problem. You can always find the Hotel you want then before booking it go to tripadvisor and find the review for the hotel said. This way you'll have a different review and you'll know if other people are ok with the hotel.

First used them a beginning of a cruise and used them for our reservations ever since. They indicate all the good possibilities at a place. This was in Italy, United States and within Canada in a period of 6 months. No problems with locations and ideal when travelling and need to make reservations on the fly!

My Experience with Booking.com

Yes, I have used Booking.com several times for booking hotel rooms, and I can assure you that it is a legitimate and reliable platform. Based on my personal experiences, I have never encountered any issues with my reservations being invalid or not recognized by the hotels.

Booking Process

Booking.com offers a user-friendly interface that makes it easy to search for hotels based on your desired location, dates, and other preferences. The website provides detailed information about each hotel, including photos, amenities, guest reviews, and pricing options. The booking process is straightforward, and you can securely pay for your reservation online.

Confirmation and Check-in

Once you complete your booking, Booking.com sends you a confirmation email with all the details of your reservation, including the hotel name, address, check-in and check-out dates, and any special requests you may have made. It's essential to keep this confirmation handy as you'll need to present it upon check-in at the hotel.

During my stays, I have never experienced any issues with hotels not having my reservation on record. The hotels are typically well-informed about the bookings made through Booking.com, and the check-in process has always been smooth.

Customer Service

In the rare event that you encounter any issues or discrepancies with your booking, Booking.com has a dedicated customer service team that can assist you. They are available via phone, email, or live chat, and in my experience, they have been responsive and helpful in resolving any concerns.

Final Thoughts

Overall, my experiences with Booking.com have been positive. The platform offers a wide range of hotels to choose from, competitive prices, and a reliable booking process. As long as you double-check your reservation details and have your confirmation handy, you should have no issues with your booking being recognized by the hotel. However, it's always a good idea to reconfirm your reservation with the hotel a few days before your arrival, just to be on the safe side.
